The BBL's (Brazilian Butt Lift) grasp on the world has lost some strength as we are starting to see breasts showcased in fashion on the Spring, Fall and Winter 2022 runways. Everywhere you looked, you'd catch a glimpse of a silhouette of sculpted form-fitting sweaters on the Prada spring 2022 runway. Fashion is cyclical, and it takes me back to the days of the 80s and 90s when it was all about boobs.
The subtlety of a knitted sweater with the subtle curve of the underpinnings of a bra highlights the further evolution of fashion that seeks to appeal to the female gaze. Whoops almost had a Freudian slip there. It's not just about the sexual appeal of these pieces; it's the power they bring with them. It's women dressing how they want for the attention and praise of other women. Prada called its spring 2022 collection "Seduction, Stripped Down." At its barest, what is more, seductive than the female body?

Not only are these pieces showcasing breasts, but boobs are being worn on the clothing. Something is tantalizing about being wholly covered yet bringing attention to your body. Women are covered from head to toe, yet their femininity has never been apparent.
