The Santa Barbara International Film Festival is thrilled to reveal this year’s recipients of the Virtuosos Award, an accolade designed to honor a distinguished group of talents whose remarkable performances in film have sparked significant national conversation. This year’s honorees include Kieran Culkin, Harris Dickinson, Karla Sofía Gascón, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Clarence Maclin, Mikey Madison, and John Magaro. They will gather to discuss their work and accept their awards in person on Sunday, February 9, during the festival's 40th edition. The event will be moderated for the 15th consecutive year by Turner Classic Movies host, Dave Karger.
“It’s my 15th year hosting this event, and this year’s lineup is as impressive as ever,” Karger remarked. “We have megastars like Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande, alongside seasoned actors like Kieran Culkin and John Magaro, as well as breakout talents such as Clarence Maclin, Mikey Madison, Harris Dickinson, and Karla Sofía Gascón.
